Naming Branding Design Collateral Production Wayfinding
Moorfield Group asked us to name, brand and identify two towers in Salford Quays; their iconic Build To Rent scheme.
It was clear that the main identifier of this scheme were the iconic towers that stood proudly over the quay. However, we knew that when crafting their identity, we had to consider the identity of their potential occupiers: young professionals looking to make their mark on Manchester.
What We Did:
Our answer to the name of the towers was: Duet. Two buildings working together in harmony; a perfect composition, celebrating collaboration and partnership, that Manchester could fall in love with.
One look for two towers
The name then informed our branding: subtle dual textures and tones, combining with block colours and graphics that called back to the footprint of the structures themselves.
Carefully considered touchpoints
We produced marketing collateral including outdoor signage, marketing suite displays, brochures, leaflets, stationery and website design that all spoke directly to the social, modern, professional and driven audience.
From researching the character of the building and its surroundings to looking into our target audience and leaving no stone unturned in the naming process, we ensured a beautifully cohesive look and feel, which reflected the ambitious nature of the structure.
