ONE BLACKFRIARS – BRANDING LONDON’S TALLEST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

We were asked to support the launch of One Blackfriars, the tallest residential tower in Europe, by producing a relevant awareness story and communicating it effectively.
Our Strategy: St George’s collection of the highest quality, luxury apartments exuded international appeal and oozed opulence. Our branding needed to reflect that across our choice of appropriate channels, which would include brochures, mailers, press advertising, EDMs, and a development video.
What We Did:
One Blackfriars’s new brand identity featured minimalist design, a sophisticated colour palette and high-end photography, which was then executed across our chosen touchpoints. Hand-stitched leather sleeves housed a series of beautifully produced brochures that each illustrated the unique, desirable aspects of the development; highlighting the aspirational lifestyle and inspirational skyline that come with it.
One Blackfriars was designed by award-winning architect, Ian Simpson, Director of one of the UK’s most visionary and successful architectural practices. Believing that variety is what contributes to the architectural legacy of a city, he created One Blackfriars’s unique profile as a statement of elegance and beauty.
