Moorfield asked us to design an identity for their flagship student accommodation site, featuring 490 sophisticated smart rooms, in Surrey.
Our research, including detailed customer personas, made it clear that we needed to create a youthful, aspirational brand that stood head and shoulders above the competition and justified a premium price point.
What We Did:
So, we developed a bold visual treatment, which consisted of colourful and contemporary design, alongside trend-led photography; and we made it easily accessible on appropriate channels for our target audience…which all resulted in the accommodation being largely occupied before it was even open.
Our meticulous research informed our proposal, drove our creative and challenged preconceptions of the site. But, it also enabled us to carefully choose the channels that would target the right target audience for the property, ensuring maximum effect.
With a high-tech gym, state-of-the-art study facility, coffee shop, easy access to London and completely untouched. Our new identity had to exude youthful vigour, but also sophisticated academia; bright pops of colour, stabilised by earthy greens and accented by aspirational photography.
