We were approached by Colliers International to create a high quality coffee table book to assist in the marketing of one of the most culturally significant buildings in London – 40 Dover Street.
This beautiful 18th century townhouse has been home to the Arts Club – an institution which has counted Dickens, Trollope, Gwyneth Paltrow as members – for over 100 years.
The prestige and longstanding covenant made this both an excellent investment opportunity and a chance to own part of London’s unique heritage. And required us to balance a sense of long-term continuity with a highly nonconformist brand personality.
In documenting the Arts Club, we knew we would have a chance to give potential buyers a window into a rarely-seen world. We therefore developed our brochure to celebrate beautiful photography of the building and its interior, creating a guidebook to this exotic universe.
